Client Profile: CDC Traveler’s Health
Now that I am back from the honeymoon it’s time to update the ol’ website with my latest project: Infographics for the Centers for Disease Control’s Travelers Health division.
For this project, I was asked to create a series of infographics to cover a range of topics including Road Safety & Food and Water Safety while traveling abroad.
Ironically this gig fell into my lap precisely one month before I was set to leave for my first ever trip to a remote island in the Caribbean – way to make a gal a little paranoid!
But one of the things I love most about doing what I do is the education that I receive via working with a wide range of clients – on a wide variety of topics – and I have to say, this project was no different. It was an honor working with the CDC and working alongside a project specialist I believe we were able to create some really fun and educational GFX.
I’ve posted a couple of my favorite iterations below. PS: The food images are hand illustrated one at a time and composited in Photoshop.
